Fall 2024

This class is exclusively for children ages 4 to 6, the Pre-Ballet class is an introduction to ballet. In this class, children learn basic steps, movements, and positions of ballet while maintaining a base of rhythm, musicality, and interpretation all in a playful and stimulating environment.

Available to children ages 6 and up, this course teaches the basics of the Vaganova (Russian method) syllabus. Being the basis of all forms of dance, the course consists of exercises at the bar followed by exercises in the center. This course develops musicality, movement, endurance, flexibility, expression and artistic talent.

Available to children aged 10 to 18; this course goes further in learning the Vaganova syllabus (Russian method). This course expands the breadth of knowledge of classical dance and provides instruction in technical skills, flexibility and artistic performance.

Available to students over the age of 12, this course focuses on the complete training of a ballet dancer. Advanced classes are complex and are for more experienced people who want to take their dance to the next level. These courses help to train students in classical dance from A to Z.

This course is for adults who want to discover the art of classical dance. There is no age to indulge in the discipline of ballet. No experience is required for this course. This course teaches the basics of classical dance and allows you to develop your flexibility, your balance and your rhythm.

This class is the perfect complement to ballet. Incorporating floor work, work at the barre and center, this class allows you to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and increase the range of your movements. An hour and a half of pure happiness that brings together an all-in-one class of ballet, modern jazz, Latin dance and Haitian folklore.

In this class, students will start to rise and dance on their toes while learning a new vocabulary of classical dance. This course is offered for more advanced students and allows you to climber the ladder of dance towards a professional level.

This course will aim to learn the basics of flamenco dance through its musicality, its different tempos, rhythms and dance styles. The technique and vocabulary of the different movements of the arms, hands, posture, footwork and small sequences will be included. All in a good atmosphere of fun to develop coordination, interpretation, listening and assertiveness.

The main aim of this class is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body, especially use of your core, and to improve posture, balance and coordination.

This course for beginners serves as an introduction to contemporary dance.
